How do I log into my client’s account as a reseller?

When a Client account is created, the Reseller should receive an email about the creation of the account with an Editor account for the Reseller to log into. The username of this editor account will join the Reseller's username and the Client's username with _for_ between them. The email address for this Editor account is the same as the email address for the Reseller's account on BizDocOnline.net unless it has been changed since the creation of the Client.

Method 1:

There are two ways to log into the Client's account using this Editor account. First, the simplest way, is to log into the Reseller account on BizDocOnline.net, choose the Client's account from the list, and press the login button at the top of the Edit Client form. Once logged in, remember to always log out of the Client account on BizDocOnline.com before trying to log in for another Client. If the previous Client account is still logged in, it will take the Reseller back to that account instead of the newer one until there is a log out for the previous Client account.

Method 2:

The second way to log in to a Client's account is to go to BizDocOnline.com and use the username and password for the Editor account. The password can also be reset using the username and email address for the Editor account.


 



Why can’t I add another company?

If there is a message stating that another company can't be added, the maximum number of companies must be changed for the Client in the Edit Client page of the Reseller account. To do this, log in as the Reseller to BizDocOnline.net or contact the Reseller to perform this process for the Client account. Then click on the Editor's name in the left hand sidebar. The Edit Client page will appear. Increase the maximum number of companies for the client and press the Save button at the bottom of the Edit Client form.


 



How can I access both the basic owner register and the stock register on the same account?

The type of owner register for a company can be changed from the Reseller or Client account. Every time a Client is created, a default owner register type is set. This is the type of owner register that will be set for any newly created company for that Client. In order to change the owner register type, either go to the Edit Company page for the Reseller account on BizDocOnline.net or go to the company profile for the Client account on BizDocOnline.com. Editors aren't permitted access to changing the owner register type for a company and editors must contact a Reseller or Client to do this for them.


 



Why aren’t any of the Professional Resources showing up in the Resources page after I imported Resources?

After importing Resident Agents, Attorneys, Accountants, Bankers, Brokers, or Realtors these professional resources have to be added to the companies they're associated with in the Professional Resources page. This is done by pressing the new button for the company that the resource is associated with and then selecting the name of the resource from the drop down list at the top of the text boxes.


 



How do I stop receiving email notifications about data imports?

In the upper left hand corner of the import form are two options for whether or not to receive emails when imports occur. Just select the No option and then press the Update button to stop the sending of emails about data imports.


 



Why haven’t I received an email after my reseller account was created?

After a Reseller account is created, an email is sent to the email address provided on the registration form. If the email doesn't reach your inbox, you should check your spam folder to see if it's there. You should also add the following email address to your list of Safe Senders for your email account:

administrator@bizdoconline.net

This should prevent the emails from being filtered out of your email account's inbox.

Once administrator@bizdoconline.net has been added to the list of Safe Senders, you should go to https://bizdoconline.net and click the Reseller Login button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Go to the bottom of the Reseller Login page and click the link entitled "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, which must be the same as the one that your account was set up with.

If you have added administrator@bizdoconline.net to your list of Safe Senders, then you should receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. Otherwise check your Spam folder.

Once you have reset your password, you should be able to login with the email address that you received the link at and the password which you have just set. You can also use your username, which you should be able to see from the Profile page after clicking the View Reseller Profile Data button.
