Saved Documents

Purpose

The Saved Documents form stores internally created documents and allows them to be emailed to selected recipients. To reopen documents just double-click the document title.

Overview

Documents created on the Create Documents form and in the internal word processor can be saved using the Saved Documents form. From the Saved Documents form, the documents can be opened, edited, or downloaded. Saved Documents can also be sent to selected people associated with the company using a native email application like Outlook.
