The ‘Tools’ menu option opens a form where the titles for ownership can be changed.
Tools – Titles for Ownership
Titles for the three types of ownership can be changed for the selected company. The titles are inserted into certificates and documents. A one-character identifier is used in some tables while short and long titles are used in reports and documents. Check mark the voting rights box if the ownership type has voting rights and uncheck it for types of ownership without voting rights. Press the save button to commit changes to the database.
