Mobile access is provided on mobile devices for resellers, clients, editors, and viewers. While this type of access is provided to resellers, clients, and editors on mobile devices, viewer accounts are only allowed this form of access and can't edit anything regardless of which device is being used.
After Initially logging in, the user is taken to a login welcome page.
Click the Data Forms button to choose between the three data forms described below.
The first data form is the Web Resources form. This page contains links to business related websites elsewhere, including secretary of state websites. Choose the state with the desired links and select the link or click one of the national links for the United States or Canada.
Clicking the Meetings button opens the Meetings form shown below.
The list of Meetings can be narrowed or expanded by selecting Start and End dates. Once the meeting has been found in the list, click it to highlight the meeting and then press either the View Meeting Data or View Attendees button beneath the list.
The View Meeting Data button opens the form shown below where the meeting location and notes can be read.
The View Attendees button opens the form shown below where a list of the attendees and proxies for the meeting are shown.
Clicking the Saved Documents button opens the Saved Documents form shown below.
The list of saved documents can be narrowed or expanded by selecting Start and End dates. Once the document has been found in the list, click it to highlight the document and then press the Saved Document button beneath the list.
This will open a saved document like the one shown below.
