Reactivating Data for Client
Data that has been deactivated can be reactivated. Use the ‘Client Options’ menu to open the ‘Reactivations’ form (see below).
Categories on the form contain a pull-down list and a ‘Reactivate’ button. A company name needs to be selected first for ‘Documents’, ‘Transactions’, ‘Dividends’, and ‘Splits’. After the company name is selected, another pull-down list will appear with records filtered for the selected company.
Once the record to be reactivated is selected, press the matching ‘Reactivate’ button and the missing data will be restored.
